Amazing hotel

The restaurant prices were high. As residents we were given a 20% discount but this was not applied to our bill when we queried it at check out. The receptionist was not helpful, and we had to argue our case before reluctantly being given it. An unnecessary incident leaving us with a poor opinion.

Great breakfast, there's plenty of choice for everyone. Had the set lunch at the restaurant once, and the food was gorgeous and plating was excellent. Short walk to the square and Castle Our room was spacious and clean. As for the staff, they are all courteous, professional, and friendly.
