Would definitely recommend a stay here.
The property is fully equipped to the finest detail. One can cook proper meals as there are all the utensils. The house is cosy, clean, and in a very good location. Despite it being located just off a roundabout and in a main road, it is very quiet. Do not be fooled by the outward appearance of the front door and location. Once you go inside it is really quite lovely.

Cosy and beautiful
Cosy, beautiful furniture, very special place. We felt at home right away.
Complicated litter situation (where to find the bin, when to put out…). The bedroom on the second floor has no door, a steep staircase and low ceiling.

Poor value, poor servicing, poor facilities
The location was good. The bedrooms were clean and pleasant.
On arrival we discovered that the freezer was off and contained rancid ice cream which had left the bottom floor smelling strongly. We emailed the contact address and despite being apologetic, we were left to sort it ourselves. So, that meant disposing of the stinking ice-cream and giving the freezer drawer a clean to stop the smell. After 2 days of drinking from the coffee machine, we discovered, to our horror, that the filter was full of mould. We notified the contact address again and they surpringly asked us to 'soak it' and did not provide a britta filter replacement. All of the taps needed tightening, so every one needed two hands to turn on and off. We mentioned this, they thanked us, but it wasn't remedied. Apparently, the cottage can fit 8 people. That would be 4 to a room. There is only one bathroom with the toilet in the same room! Even as 3 adults, this was disappointing. It was hot when we were in Cirencester. Not all the windows open, so it makes cooling the cottage difficult. When we opened the back door and windows, we had to switch all the lights off, as we were assailed by what can only be described as a plague of mosquitoes. The outdoor seating area is a right of way for the adjoining properties, and looked scruffy with plastic bags in the drain, the furniture needing a wipe down.
