    Deceived

    Localizarion

All the rest. It’s not a hotel. It’s a apartment with share kitchen. There is not a reception, there is not lft, there is not a housekeeper service, they don’t replace the towels, they don’t clean the romm. There is no employers. I think booking.com must review this property classification. I was deceived, and there are several complaints identical to mine. Booking.com has an obligation to resolve this.
