AVOID STAYING HERE! After my stay, I was charged $600 for alleged extra guests based on an incorrect assumption. There was no proper verification, and my attempts to resolve it were ignored. When I disputed the charge, the property escalated things by making a serious and completely false allegation that I had attempted to bribe staff! Something that was never raised during my stay and only appeared after I challenged the charge. I had to involve my bank to recover the money, which was refunded after review. This was completely unacceptable. I would not trust this property with any booking or payment!

They try to charge me triple they deny me and canceled my hotel where me and my family had no rooms. They wanted to charge me trip over because it was New Year's after I booked it through booking and the 9 Mike order.
Staff was very rude and try to triple charge me. And cancel the family me then have a room.

I didn't like the stairs at all We had so much of luggage An had to carry it up 4 floor that was really tuff

Spacious and comfortable
The apartment was spacious and super clean. We are a family of 6 and the 5 bedroom was perfect for us. The beds are very comfortable and I loved the comfy blankets. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. The airport is about 10 minutes away, as is the beach (playa Escambron), La Placita where are many restaurants and bars is 5 minutes away walking . Also casino is nearby. We did not rent a car because everything was near. To go to Escambron beach we used an Uber for just $6. I will definitely be booking again in the future. The host is very professional and always answers questions right away. The check out is at 11 am but they can let you leave your suitcases in the reception area until 5:30 pm.
