Perfect to feel Old Tbilisi, but be prepared for the features of an old house
Amazing place to feel old Tbilisi atmosphere and vibe. Very whimsical and comfy, and location is perfect to explore city center. Host is also very nice lady!
It was a bit damp, so we would turn on the air conditioner during the day to dry out the room. But this is an old building, and the courtyard is below street level, so some dampness is to be expected.

We had a wonderful stay in Diana’s apartment in the heart of Tbilisi’s Old Town. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful, authentic atmosphere and convenient access to different parts of the city. The apartment is full of character and feels like a place that has been created and decorated with love. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Diana is a lovely and welcoming host. She kindly treated us to some wine, and we really enjoyed our pleasant conversations with her and her assistant. The courtyard was also a highlight — full of greenery, charming old objects, and beautiful details that give the place a unique soul. This is more than just a place to stay; it’s an authentic experience that makes you feel welcome and connected to the spirit of Old Tbilisi. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
