Highly recommended. A very good and old world classy apartment.
19th Century Sevillian Apartment is one of the best apartment rentals I have booked of the over 30 apartments I have rented over the last 6 years traveling in western Europe with stays of one to three weeks. The elegant wood panel windows, doors and furnishings are a great relief from the mostly white walled, white Ikea cabinets and cheap plastic plants I usually encounter in most other recently remodeled vacation rentals. The apartment is also the most spacious of all with separate bedroom, living and dining rooms and half bath extra. The entry atrium with sculpture and the wood and glass enclosure is a very older Europe feature that truly marks this building as an authentic 19th Century Architectural gem. And an elevator too. The location is just outside the main tourist areas but still within walking distance to the Cathedral, Alcazar, Setas, etc. Restaurants, grocery stores and the Mercado Central are also all within reasonable walking distances.
The washing machine was not working but the host ordered and paid for a taxi to take me to the nearby self serve laundromat. This was the only down side to my stay and it worked out OK.

El ultimo dia se estropeó el ascensor y tuvimos que bajar las maletas andando. El aire del salón no funcionaba muy bien

Perfecta ubicación y limpieza.
Limpieza, ubicación, tamaño, comodidad de cama, no faltaba un detalle, decoración, utensilios
El sofá podría ser un poco más cómodo, pero al ser un sofá cama, es normal que sea así.
