The price was very affordable. House was clean and accommodating.
The location felt a little insecure due to the uptick of drug usage and homelessness in the area.

It was very cozy and quiet and a great place to unwind. I loved it and will stay again!
The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean. There where plenty of appliances i.e. Keurig, microwave, cooktop and refrigerator which were all clean and ready to use. There were plenty of dishes and towels as well as shampoos and soaps for our use. I would absolutely stay again and will recommend to friends.
Well there was no rain shower or what I understand to be a rain shower. There was a shower head that was working in in good condition it just wasn't a rain shower. Also I remember reading about a jet bathtub in the description before I booked it but there is only a shower no bathtub at all. That was okay but it was one of the reasons why I wanted to rent it so it was disappointing to not see it there. Other than that the stay was wonderful. There are no complaints and no problems were had.

Exceptional
This rating is for the property we stayed at which is different from the one we originally booked which was not available due to a repair needed for damage caused by the previous guest before our stay. This property is located near the intersection of Villa and NW 31st street. The host kindly arranged a different location for us because otherwise we would have had to find a place within a day. The only thing we would have liked to have was a separate living area with a couch but other than that the apartment was very serene and comfortable, and we very much enjoyed our time there.
