    Would stay here again anytime. Hostess easy to contact and very helpful.

    Location - close to shops and amazing g restaurants and a short walk to the city. cleanliness - spotless and modern, a gorgeous apartment. Comfort - everything you could need.

    No full length mirror and key location one and a half blocks away from unit.

    Nice place - pity about sorting out the details.

    Great location and clean and tidy

    Check in was very difficult with a lock box up a private driveway that was very unusual Air con didn’t work and host didn’t try to fix it. Bit tough when it’s 34 degrees outside. I had an accident on last day of stay and looked like we might have to stay in hospital for a couple of days. We tried to extend but they already had another booking - fair enough - so we asked for a late check out and received a reply that said yes but for $59 per hour and a max of two hours. No acknowledgment of the circumstances about the request. Really disappointing attitude to resolving issues and helping out.

    This was the single most unprofessional host I have ever experienced in my 50 years of travel. Not once did he answer our calls or sms, and all we wanted to ask if the possibility was there for a 1pm check in. By 13:30pm on Friday afternoon we got our message to let us know that he has cancelled our 4 nights booking, due to “unforeseen circumstances”. As a host you do not find out five minutes before check in that your unit is unfit to accommodate any guest. This place is a total inconvenience, reading other reviews, the “check in” procedures have been a nightmare for a long time! Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!
