    location location location!!!! amazing access to the centre in minutes. The #1 tram takes us everywhere we wanted to go. Flat spacious and clean. Other tenants in bldg very friendly.

    The elevator has been out of order for a while. It is not signage due to tenants moving. 4 flights with suitcases is a long way! Shower head needs to be dealt with
