    Great place for two

    Location, very close walking distance to Cincinnati and Covington. Parking, convenient and across the street and included in the price of rental. The facilities are modern, clean. Washing machine a bonus. Bedroom bed is very comfortable. Owner was available and receptive

    The AC unit in the bedroom leaked and dripped during our stay. Had to place towels and pot to collect water. Like a leaky faucet throughout the night. I hope the owner is able to fix it soon. The pull out sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. creaks, sags. Springs poke into the mattress. As a family of four, this was unsuitable. Would not recommend for families.
