  Keine Klimaanlage, Fenster offen, es war Nachts/Morgens laut.

  Disappointing experience – Far below expectations for €250/night At €250 per night, we expected a high standard of comfort and cleanliness, but our stay was a complete disappointment. The property is poorly maintained, inadequately cleaned, and lacking basic modern amenities. Here are the main issues we encountered: Cleanliness & Maintenance: The apartment was covered in dust — on top of the wardrobes, under the bed, and under the sofa. The overall maintenance is severely neglected: the toilet is visibly tilted, the wall clock did not work, and even the plumbing fixtures were installed incorrectly (water handles operate backwards). The apartment urgently requires a handyman to repair numerous basic elements. Extreme Heat & Lack of AC: With constant indoor temperatures of 30°C (as shown on the wall thermostat), the heat was overwhelming. We understand this is a historical building where central air conditioning might not be possible, but at this price point, providing mobile air conditioning units is a minimum standard. Instead, one provided fan was broken and the other was covered in dust. Torn Window Screens: To make matters worse, all window insect screens were torn, meaning opening windows to vent the heat immediately resulted in bugs and mosquitoes entering the room. Furniture Condition & Space: The furniture is worn out and damaged, particularly the sofa bed mattress which is completely worn out and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the claimed size of 50 m² feels inaccurate and overly optimistic. Unusable Wi-Fi: The internet connection speed was tested at under 1 Mbps, making it completely impossible to stream content on the TV or use the internet reliably. Overall, charging €250/night for a place with poor sanitation, broken facilities, no cooling, and broken Wi-Fi is unacceptable. The property owner needs to invest in immediate maintenance, proper cleaning, and basic comforts like mobile AC before renting this unit again.

  Sijainti on erittäin hyvä. Viestintä majoittajan kanssa sujui todella hyvin ja palvelu oli ystävällistä.

  Makuuhuoneen sänky oli todella huono! Sänky oli kenties rikki, sillä osa patjasta ”upposi” alemmas, jolloin sängyssä nukkui selkä mutkalla. Sänky piti myös kamalaa ääntä jokaisella pienelläkin liikkeellä. Tähän heräsi monta kertaa yössä. Suihkukaappi vuotaa vähän sieltä ja täältä. Suihkun jälkeen vessan lattialla oli usein paljon vettä. Tähän tarvittiin useita pyyhkeitä, jotta lattia saatiin kuivaksi. Saapuessamme avainkoodin oli määrä tulla kello 16.00. Vajaan tunnin odottelun jälkeen soitin majoittajalle saadakseni koodin. Puhelun jälkeen koodi tulikin nopeasti.

  Magnifico appartamento in Riva

  Posizione centralissima, parcheggio a pagamento vicino, comodo con bambini, cucina fornita di stoviglieria, bagno spazioso, molti servizi a disposizione in loco (alimentari, bar, negozi).

  L'assenza di personale nelle operazioni di check-in e checkout. Tutto comodissimo ma l' accoglienza umana è altra cosa.
