    Irresponsible Host

The property is so dusty.. Are you never check the property before someone going to stay at the house... the kitchen tap handle was broken... you guys never fix it and people who stay here have trouble using it... the pan was so dirty and oily like never clean for long time... I have to buy scrub just to clean the pan so I can use it.. Are they even clean this place properly after someone checking out from the property... The location was not the same like it pin in the map.. One more thing the host NEVER REFUND MY DEPOSIT even I already ask them many time.. They ignore my text...
