  Worst rental ever

  The gentleman at the gate named Mike! He was so friendly & helpful!

  The pictures are very deceiving the condo looks much bigger than it actually is! The listing on booking does not tell you how much the pet fee is! Which is $100 that we were notified about 2 days before we left & outside of our cancelation period meaning we had to pay extra or lose all the money we had already spent! The pull out couch does not work so every night you have to blow up an air mattress which means every morning you have to deflate it! This is a lower unit meaning every single sound from the condo above is heard! Sleep was impossible! Watching TV was impossible! We called the main gate to complain & nothing changed! We notified our host but nothing changed! After we left we were contacted with pictures of some water that spilled from the dishwasher & was told it was dog urine! Pictures of preexisting stains that were blamed on our pets! Told about fecal matter but no picture! We washed the dishes, started towel as asked & still got blamed for made up things! DO NOT RENT FROM FREEDOM RENTALS!

  I liked the privacy it gave us and the gated community. The host was very nice and helped resolve some of the things I needed help with.

  I don’t feel as though some of these things are the hosts fault but booking.coms. The listing wasn’t clear that there is an additional 100$ non refundable pet fee, and we were told 2 days before our trip it was an additional 100$, also booking.com did not list that the pull out sofa was not allowed to be used we found out when we got there, again not the hosts fault at all and the host did provide a blow up mattress which was nice, but the bedding that was bagged up and labeled for the air mattress had a dirty quilt. The sheets were clean and smelt like bleach but the blanket/quilt was not. It had dried food crusted on it and was obviously not clean. The hard floors also I don’t think were cleaned as there was hair and crumbs on the floor everywhere. Carpets were clean and so was everything else.
