  Great stay

  Very clean and spacious, easy check-in and good facilities. Great location for nearby events and very comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent and efficient.

  The clothes dryer made a really loud noise so we just turned it off, the weather was very hot and the fans are not high enough to reach the beds.

  Good location for what we needed. It felt safe and secure in the gated apartment block. It was generally clean and the beds were well made and the bedding was comfortable but the pillows were think and hard so we had to use the decorative cushions instead. Both bathrooms were clean but the place could do with a bit of sprucing up paint and carpet wise.

  It was incredibly warm there. The heating was off but the water tank gave off so much heat in a small space. There were 2 large fans provided but the were noisy and didn't do much. It was very sparsely equipt generally. Even cooking simple pasta was difficult, no sieve / strainer, cheese grater etc. Very small drinks glasses. No kitchen essentials at all provided, salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc. No washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets So it was very hard to self cater even very basic food. Felt like I was made to jump through hoops after booking. I was so busy the week before our trip and had countless phone calls and messages and was made to feel guilty for responding to their beck and call. They asked if we would have visitors and I honestly said my brother and sister inlaw may pop in briefly for a cup of tea before we left for a gig they were playing in locally if they arrived from essex in time. The morning of our trip they tried to ask for an extra £300 for our extra guests! We didnt even pay that for the 4 of us to stay. I clearly explain they werent extra guests and they were even confirmed to be popping in, i was just being honest that there was a chance when they asked....They then said they would let them cpme for a complimentary 45 minutes, which i was shocked at given what we had paid anyway. There was an extra £20 for parking, which seemed like they were simply taking advantage as the space obviously was included with the flat. Shower hose was leaking in the room with the double bed.

  Great Apartment for Olympic Stadium

  Spacious apartment which is walkable from Bromley By Bow tube station and London Olympic stadium. Very secure ground floor property behind metal gates within a block of apartments. Ring Doorbell on the apartment entry door. This is a great option for a group of friends, with multiple beds and 2 bathrooms. The company that look after this apartment are very thorough and give you lots of information on how to gain entry etc. There is a fridge freezer and washing machine. Great that they also provided large fans in the property because we stayed on a very hot summer weekend. Apartment also felt pretty clean.

  There were only 2 of us staying here but I noticed there were not very many glasses, plates etc in the cupboards which wasn’t an issue for 2 of us, but is a bit of an oversight for a property promoting itself as an option for sleeping a lot of people. It wouldn’t cost much to provide at least 10 of everything, there is certainly room for it! This property has a lot of potential and I think just a few tweaks like the extra glasses , and things like more hangers in the wardrobes, welcome pack etc (which are minimal outlay) would help push up its overall ratings.

  Our stay was great. Slight confusion when accessing the property, but we got in and the apartment was lovely. Very clean

  The property was ideal for our stay, nice safe location and very comfortable.

  Neutrally sophisticated. spacious and practical apartment.

  Lovely spacious and clean apartment.with everything one needs for an extended stay. Cautious and warm staff.

  Even though there was a gated entrance, I was very conscious of the small bathroom window being able to extend so wide. Able to hear footsteps from the flat above - constantly. It would be great to see a couple of tall plants in front of the patio doors for a little more privacy when open. A bench would also be practical and operate as a barrier.
