Equip enough with all the essential you need, including tea towel, milk biscuits ( nice touch after a long journey) and even dog blankets/towels ( took our own anyway) Kettle stopped working midweek but Owner replaced it with 24 hours which was brilliant. Beach is a long trek down hill on foot or 10 min in car diwn steep narrow lanes but sunset was worth it.
Firstly parking not very clear where to go or which space to park in . It has dated deco, lots of cobwebs everywhere in door way and around beds and Fillters in bathroom. Beds okay apart not good for tall people with foot ends, noisy duvet being feather. Bungalow filled with flys the whole week, not sure where they kept coming from but it wasn't nice. Obvious problem with mice as the TV unit has lots of dropping inside it and there was a mouse detector plug in wall, didn't see any but heard scurrying around property.

Interactions were fast and helpful and I understand that the mice problem was a issue in the area with the heat , just a
Quite nice location 20 mins from Bude . Loved watching birds .
Very dated lots of cobwebs , had a mice 🐁 problem , made the little ones quite on edge as they were running around living area wouldn’t go to sleep because of it .

Little home from home
Little home from home. Staying with 2 kids and our doggo, having a washing machine was saving grace. Also lovely beach only 5mins away by a car.
Bed in master bedroom was quite squeaky every time you moved. I am a bit of a light sleeper so it could get a bit irritating. But otherwise everything was great.

Very comfortable, clean and in a lovely peaceful spot. Owners had left tea, coffee, milk, jams and even money to put in the electric meter! Table and chairs outside, great for sitting and watching the sunset, and stocked up bird feeders which meant loads of little birds to watch in the morning, which was lovely. A little walk down the path, and you're on Welcombe Mouth Beach. Loved that.
Nothing I didn't like. I suppose if I had to say anything, then maybe it was not knowing where to park. I went into the pub and asked, and the lady there showed me which bay to use, so no big problem.
