    Inside clean and tidy. Back yard needed a little work.

    Had a lovely little stay here. 20 minute walk to town centre. Was clean and tidy. Stayed here Monday to Friday. Was perfect for what we needed it for just a little family holiday

    If I’m nit picking. Didn’t have a colander or a tin opener, no front window blind, fag butts in the back yard.

    Darlington Stay

    House was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Location fab. Host very responsive to my messages.

    The rubbish in the back lane and garden was full of weeds when I parked my car. Just needs a tidy up.

    Disappointing, left early.

    It was nice to have streaming tv, netflix, youtube, prime etc.

    1. Better communication in the welcome message explaining where the keysafe was. I received the code ok, but no instructions of where the keysafe was, hard to spot in the dark. 2. Pizza boxes, raw onions and black bin bags with food waste right outside the back door. 3. Cleanliness not good at at all, women's false eyelashes on the floor by the bed in the small room, saliva spots on the mirror in the small room. Crisps under the bed in the larger room. Broken kettle with the top missing, smear stains on the large mirror in the living room, cutlery not clean, had to wash cutlery ourselves. Limited kitchen utensils 4. I went to clean the issues mentioned above but no cleaning supplies left out 5. Warmest room in the house was the kitchen with the heating on, turned the dial on the radiator, nothing happened, which was disappointing as unable to relax in the living room because the room was cold. No guidance or instructions on how to warm the house. Used the electronic gauge in the living toom, but did not heat the rooms much other than the kitchen 6. wifi good downstairs but does not work very well upstairs, and as the living room was cold and no tv uptairs, made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time there, which is why we left 1 day early.
