    Poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned accommodation. Good location.

    Good location, short walk into town.

    The accommodation was disappointing overall. The toilet smelled strongly of urine, there was no hand wash in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself had mould. The bedrooms were poorly cleaned, with old hair and fingernails on the floors, dusty bedside tables and dirty lamps. The front door lock was completely broken, and the inner door handle and lock were also dodgy. We weren’t allowed to adjust the temperature, and the TV remote had nearly-dead batteries with no way to replace them, as the battery compartment was screwed shut. Overall, the property needs a thorough clean and some basic maintenance to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
