    Major shortcomings.

    It is central Manchester so the noise of trams clattering by us to be expected.

    No meet and greet. The keys are in a lock box secured on a totally different building. To access the lock box you walk around the corner into a street with no street lighting but several junkies. The light was failing but fortunately I had a light so I could see the code on awkwardly placed box. In the flat no WiFi password so I immediately texted the “host” no response until my day of leaving. For the inconvenience I was offered a £50 refund which, a month later, has not been paid. As I walked into the building a lady said that dogs were not allowed in the building but she liked my dog. Two days later a man who acts as meet and greet on another flat said the same and that our host had been told that on several occasions, even though the flat is advertised as fig friendly and an additional payment is required. This made our stay rather uncomfortable when encountering other residents.
