    It was a pleasure to stay there ! See you again, Rome and A quiete place to Stay near 8 tram !!!

    È stato un piacere per me e la mia famiglia essere ospiti di Luigi Ferracci! La struttura è una vera perla dell'arte romana! I collegamenti con il centro di Roma erano eccezionali: a soli 50 metri dall'alloggio si trova la fermata del tram n. 8! Il tragitto in tram, dal Castello fino a Piazza Venezia, è stato davvero piacevole; il mezzo è dotato di aria condizionata, ecc. L'alloggio era pulitissimo. Il nostro ospite è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato molte indicazioni, inclusi i migliori posti dove mangiare in zona! Se amate cucinare o mangiare bene, la struttura è vicinissima a un mercato di prodotti freschi (a soli 200 metri). Si trova di tutto: pesce fresco, carne, salumi, ottimo caffè e, soprattutto, le persone del mercato! Gli italiani cantavano mentre mi servivano la colazione o preparavano il mio espresso! The place was a remarkable part of the Roman Art ! The logistics to the center of Rome was just super - 50 meters from the place to 8 tram!! After that Tram,.comming from Castello to Piaza di Venecia was just a pleasure to be in. The tran is air-conditioned...etc. The Place was very clean. Our host was very kind, show us a lot of things. Even though, the best places to eat in the neighborhood! If you are a good cook or love to eat, this place is so near to the fresh market, which is 200 meters far from the place. There are a lot.of fresh sea food, fresh meat, salami, good coffee and and especially- The people of the market ! Italians were singing when they selling me the breakfast or making my Italian espresso! One of the best places to stay in Rome ! With pleasure, Filingz' family.

    Nel soggiorno o nello studio potrebbe esserci qualcosa come un lavello o un'altra fonte d'acqua, per riempire la macchina del caffè e lavare prodotti freschi. ======= I'm English, too : In the living room in the studio ot can be something like a sink or another source of water to put water in the coffee machine and to wash some fresh products.

    Muy buena estancia, repetiríamos.

    El alojamiento estaba limpio y era cómodo. Con buen tamaño para los 4. El dueño fue muy agradable y nos dejó cosas para poder desayunar y botellas de agua. Ropa de cama y baño muy limpias

    Se echa en falta una cocina y un aire acondicionado en la habitación pequeña
