    I really appreciated the smooth check-in, even very late at night between 3 and 4 a.m. The host responded promptly via WhatsApp, which was very helpful. The location right next to the market is excellent, and the apartment also has a spacious balcony, which was a big plus for me.

    The only downside was the slightly smaller bed in the second room.

    Хорошая квартира за свои деньги. Есть практически всё необходимое. Служба размещения работает очень хорошо: быстро заселили, оперативно отвечали на вопросы. Мы запросили позднее выселение, нам предложили либо оставить вещи в офисе, либо заплатить дополнительную плату 1/2 стоимости суток. Мы выбрали второе.. Удобное расположение в центре. В выходные дни и после окончания рабочего дня и это много бесплатных парковочных мест. Достаточно тихо для центра города. Не новые, но достаточно функциональные мебель, интерьер, оборудованная необходимым кухня с бытовой техникой.

    В зале не очень удобный диван чтобы спать. Двухспальная кровать в спальне не для высоких гостей. Мне одному с ростом 184 см приходилось спать по диагонали. Не удобные подушки. Пожелание: прочистить слив в душевой.

    Perfect place to stay in Yerevan

    Apartment is perfectly located in Yerevan. All main tourist points are easily accessible by foot. There are 2 big shops nearby. Apartment is clean and perfect equipped. There is everything what tourist could need during week or longer stay. The cleaning was conducted very often by owners. The personnel was nice and polite. What is more they were really flexible about check-in and check-out times.

    There was a problem with clogged pipe in shower, but it was quickly solved by owners during the cleaning. There is no other remarks.
