    A wee gem of a flat!

    Location was superb - so amenable for shops and eateries. And the bus stop was so handy for taking us further afield.

    Just 2 things really. I'm 80 and only 5' tall. I found the entrance step quite high and felt a rail would have helped to steady me - but maybe you don't get old people! Couldn't understand why the water in the kitchen was boiling and yet the water in the shower was lukewarm - my husband tried various things but it made no difference. Oh, and just to add, we bought a shower mat - but that was a preference. Your flat is lovely- our 2nd visit - and these are not complaints, just observations

    This was our first time in Peebles,and couldn’t have stayed anywhere better.

    I thought this apartment was amazing all round and genuinely couldn’t fault it! I’ll definitely be booking this again.

    Just what we wanted for our stay. Plus I was cycling for charity chest heart and stroke. Which one of our neighbors passed away from a stroke. So I was doing it in memory of him. And it was close to the event start line.

    Great location, comfortable beds, good living space and kitchen. Had everything, plus more, that we needed.
