Pets & Damage Deposits Pets are allowed upon request. If traveling with a pet, the property may require an additional €350 damage deposit, on top of the standard €150 damage deposit. The property reserves the right to retain part or all of the damage deposit in cases of: Damage to the apartment or common areas Excessive noise Disturbance to residents or neighbors Failure to comply with house rules may result in charges being deducted from the deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
