    Buena estancia

Limpio y moderno. Muy cercano a las residencias universitarias. Relativamente cerca del centro. Fácil aparcar

Suciedad en el barrio. El parque de al lado parece peligroso

    Appalling communication from the host

It was clean, modern and reasonable location for walking into the city.

I requested check-in and parking details in advance and received nothing. I called the host numerous times, but every call went unanswered. By 1:00 PM on the day of check-in, we were still stuck sitting in our car with no door code or parking guidance, forcing us to call Booking.com customer support to intervene. Eventually, at 2 pm we recieved what appeared to be automated messages. Leaving guests stranded with zero response prior to check-in is completely unacceptable. It was a stressful, deeply disappointing start to our stay, and I cannot recommend this property.
