    We enjoyed our stay and host is aware of problems.

    Both beds comfortable Near river Good dog walking Nice fragrance on entry Toilet on all three floors Nice garden and balcony Fast Wi-Fi High standard of cleanliness Panoramic picture in bedroom Cool inside when very hot outside Five minute walk to tram into city

    Internet television (unfamiliar) Poisonous wisteria (unsuitable for children or pets)* Knocking into bicycle on wall walking downstairs* No non-slip mats in shower or bath (slippery)* Inconvenient first floor dining room and ground floor kitchen Constantly holding down toaster handle to operate Induction hob (unfamiliar) Twinings chocolate drink out of date* No kitchen blinds/curtains (didn’t feel private in kitchen, hall or sitting room) Squeaky doors * Unacceptable.     Cosy and convenient

    The property was lovely and cosy really well equipped. Garden was great for our pug to play in. Well placed for dog walks the tram and not too far to walk into the centre of town I can imagine during the summer the balcony would be great.

    An excellent place to stay for our son's graduation. Comfortable, plenty of room and eco-friendly.

    The design and layout of the house. Our son had the top floor bedroom with an ensuite so we weren't sharing the bathroom. The cycling theme throughout the house was an added bonus.

    Had to hold done the lever on the toaster (already reported). If you used the plug in bathroom washbasin it got stuck closed and took several attempts to open.
