    All as advertised. In fact the bedrooms were slightly larger than expected. The hosts gave plenty of information beforehand and even left a few lights on as they knew we were arriving at night which was most appreciated. Pub and shop/butcher just around the corner and around a 10-15 min walk to the coast. Ideal.

    A peaceful, cosy and relaxing setting for exploring the Llyn Peninsula.

    The cottage was clean, comfortable, cosy and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, and the garden is really pleasant and peaceful. We also found communication with the owner was exceptional - any questions we had were answered very quickly.

    Nice cottage in great location

    The property was as described and in a good location. It was clean and the hosts had left very comprehensive guides to the house, the local area, walks (although a bit optimistic on timings!), amenities, pubs/restaurants, etc. The walk to the beach is easier down the road than across the fields (for those of a more advanced age) but well worth it. Dog friendly beach was great for the hound, he had lots of fun with other dogs there. The Ship (a couple of minutes down the road) was very friendly and with good food. The Caffi by the NT car park (free if you're a member) does great sausage sandwiches for breakfast!

    The garden is not 100% secure wrt dogs; ours got through the hedge quite easily to go and visit the neighbours so we couldn't leave him alone in the garden. A minor point but worth knowing if you've got dogs with you.
