  Bad experience and a terrible host. Beware of booking this apartment—it’s a complete scam.

  I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this property. One day before my scheduled check-in, I was informed that I would be “upgraded” to a 3-bedroom apartment. I agreed initially and asked to see photos. However, the video they sent showed an extremely old and poorly maintained apartment, which I immediately refused. I clearly requested to keep the original apartment I had booked, but after that, they stopped responding to my messages. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that my booked apartment was unavailable due to maintenance issues. When I asked for a solution or compensation, I was told that the only available option was the same unacceptable apartment they had previously shown me. After a prolonged and frustrating discussion, they ended up canceling my booking entirely. As a result, I was left searching for alternative accommodation for over 5 hours, despite having just arrived from a long journey with my family of five. This experience was extremely stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

  Our stay far exceeded our expectations, great base to explore London. Recommend!

  Hosts (Sam & team) were excellent answering some pre-travel Qs, and on arrival, great comms as well. We were allowed to check in early (a surprise on arrival, we thought we were just leaving off our bags; bag-drop-off was so appreciated) and we were also then upgraded to a 4-bed apartment in the same block, floor ten, so that was a very nice surprise too. Nadia was very helpful on meeting us with keys, etc, and showing us around. Nothing was too much trouble, and she supplied extra towels, etc, on request. Apartment was nicely furnished (very comfortable beds), and was spotless. Good-size TV with all the Smart Apps. Two bathrooms, ideal for a family; showers are fine. Secure location, has downstairs reception (those staff are not part of Sam's team though). Location is fantastic--about 7 mins walk to Marble Arch. Edgware Road station is also approx 7/8 mins walk away. Massive Waitrose Supermarket just around the corner. Everything within easy walking distance basically. We were also allowed to check out a little later on leaving day, which was great, as our flight wasn't till mid-afternoon.

  The apartment was very clean and spacious, but paintwork (doors and skirting boards) needs freshening--is very scufffed in places. Biggest improvement that could be made in the flat is to upgrade the bedroom blinds. They are all flimsy roller-blinds, and let in light, means you are wide awake from 4.30am/5am with light streaming into each bedroom (buy/bring a sleep eye-mask!). Black-out blinds would be a huge asset. There's a fair bit of street noise/sirens as well (due mainly to some windows in the apartment not closing fully/properly, thus letting in the noise). Worth noting that reception staff downstairs have nothing to do with this particular property-owner, and are quite gruff, with one man in particular being very rude to us (when we asked politely for advice on booking a taxi).

  تجربة سيئة جداً

  تجربتي مع هذا السكن كانت سيئة جدًا من البداية. وصلت رحلتي الساعة 8 صباحًا، وكان وقت تسجيل الدخول 3 العصر. تواصلت معهم وطلبت تسجيل دخول مبكر، لكن ما كان فيه أي تعاون. بعد وصولي، بدأوا يقترحون علي سكن بديل غير اللي حجزته، رغم إني كنت مصر إني أسكن في نفس المكان. قالوا فيه مشكلة في الشقة ويحاولون يحلونها، فاحترمت وقت تسجيل الدخول وانتظرت من الصباح إلى 3 العصر على أمل تنحل المشكلة وأدخل الشقة، لكن للأسف كانت المشكلة مستمرة، وكل هذا الانتظار كان على الفاضي، وما قدرت أسكن فيها. اضطريت في النهاية أحجز سكن بديل بشكل عاجل وعلى حسابي، وهذا سبب لي تعب كبير وضغط وأثر على رحلتي من ناحية الوقت والجهد والتكلفة. بشكل عام، التجربة كانت سيئة جدًا ولا يمكن قبولها، ولا أنصح فيه أبدًا بسبب عدم الالتزام وسوء التعاون
