    Decent property, weirdo neighbour.

    Private parking in front of the house.

    Poor value for money. The house is decent. There is a neighbour who appears to closely monitor activity around the property, often watching from his window and taking a keen interest in who visits or leaves the home and I find his level of attention intrusive and unsettling. Very uncomfortable.
