    tv didn't work and kitchen stove dial label was gone so was hard to know which way to turn it on or off

    Good price, location was good, but the place was very dirty.

    Price

    The house was very dirty, spare blankets thrown in a pile on the ground in the wardrobe, the dishcloth was overused and falling apart, the shower needed silicone around the outside base and the shower glass door needed cleaning, the carpet needed cleaning. Lots of dust, especially on the skirting boards and behind the doors. Cigarette butts left on the outdoor table ash tray, wheelie bin overflowing.
