2 Bedroom Luxury Pool Villa Tulip - short walk to Beautiful Ban Tai Beach-SDV008 By Samui Dream Villas

Please note that, until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air condition units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity yard is read on check-in and check-out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 4 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
