    We do not regret staying at the accommodation. We had a good time in Interlaken and the Alps in general.

    We do not regret staying at the accommodation. We had a good time in Interlaken and the Alps in general. Pros: Convenient location for exploring the area, with a supermarket right in front and a bus stop. Good communication. Flexibility with dates. Everything provided in the apartment worked well.

    Cons: The kitchen had very few utensils: barely one frying pan and two pots (only one with a lid), and no storage containers for the fridge. Only two winter blankets that were very small for an adult, considering the local temperature at this time of year, and no clear heating controls. Despite a previous guest already commenting on this, they are still putting dishwashing soap in the bathroom for personal use (we noticed because of the smell). There were no other toiletries as advertised in the listing. Very late check-in time with high hourly rates for an early check-in (40 CHF per hour). A washing machine was listed, but there wasn't one.

    ประทับใจมาก ห้องพักสะอาด บรรยากาศดี เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อน" พักที่นี่เป็นครั้งแรก ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามากค่ะ บ้านพักกว้างขวาง เตียงนอนนุ่มสบาย และสะอาดมาก ห้องน้ำไม่มีกลิ่นอับ ทำเลเดินทางสะดวก หน้าที่พักติดกับป้ายรถบัสเข้าเมือง หรือจะเดินไปก็ได้ประมาณ 10-15 นาที ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ตรงข้ามกันเลย และติดกับร้านอาหารไทย ด้านหลังเป็นวิวเขา วิวสวยมาก โดยรวมประทับใจมาก มีโอกาสกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

    ประตูห้องน้ำอาจจะปิดยากซักนิด แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่อะไร

    we had a very pleasant stay. very convenient (1 min from bus station). very good location for base. thank you.

    very clean, spacious and complete with the kitchenette. the host Alex and team are very helpful and kind.

    I would not recommend this apartment.

    I would not recommend this apartment. Considering the already very high price for Switzerland, I was surprised by many extra fees: there is a charge to use the washing machine, and every single hour for early check‑in or late check‑out also costs extra. I am not sure if this is common elsewhere in Switzerland, but it felt excessive. The apartment is on the ground floor. Whenever we opened the window, bugs would come inside. It is also around a 20‑minute walk from Interlaken West Station, which was further than we expected. Overall, our stay was disappointing for the price we paid.
