    Nice enough, good price, needs some tlc

    Very spacious, near the station, the river, iron, decent TV etc. good kitchen. Imagine the outdoor walk out balcony area from the bedroom in summer would be lovely. Quiet nice area, felt safe.

    Fairly worn, faintly odd smell, radiators need bleeding, missing blind in front room / hadn't been replaced, generally things were a bit stained and tired. Hard bed, slept on couch. stayed before a while ago and some of the issues were there, but feels more run down now.
