    Perfect apartment and location

    We love this apartment. Our second stay and hope to return again next year. We loved sitting watching the sea and the boats coming in and out of the port. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we need. I swam every day from the apartment. Perfect.

    We had a wonderful stay, Tim was so helpful.

    Lovely specious property, clean and tidy. The location was absolutely perfect for the beach and amusements.

    Good spot to stay in Felixstowe.

    The property is on the seafront just a short walk to the beach and a good view of the sea from the living room.

    The main door key is a little fiddly.
