Area feels safe. Very good value. I like how close the property is from Pismo Beach and SLO city center

Most of the house was clean but I think the sofa bed could be cleaner and there were some stuff under the sofa bed that wasn’t cleaned.

Amazing spot close to everything, quiet location, pet friendly!!!!!

Parking is limited. But not terrible. I had no issues, parking, truck and trailer down the street a short 2 minute walk

We could not use the fold out couch because it was blocked by the tv stand, and it had a bunch of trash down in it. There will also several broken blinds worn ripped carpets and a terrible flea infestation. Our dogs had to have vet treatments because they are allergic. disappointing stay.
