    Es hat grundsätzlich alles gut geklappt und die Lage ist top.

    Leider war die tolle Terrasse nicht sauber. Die Dusche und auch die Küche entspricht nicht dem Standard eines Luxusappartments.

    Could have been better.

    The location just a few minutes walk to the seashore and the Old Town. Plenty of reataurants nearby and food shops. Spacious and bright apartment.

    Stairs beyond the elevator that lacked a handrail. No cleaning supplies, toaster, microwave, floor brush, kitchen drying cloths,or means to light the gas cooker. Kitchen was too small so that we could not open fully either the dishwasher or oven. Unable to attach Firestick to the HDMI outlet on the old fashioned TV.

    Absolutely not worth the money. Definitively not a luxury apartment

    Well situated in city center of Bari

    Well bad entertainment, dirty carpets , dirty chairs, piece of linoleum in the kitchen (as carpet? not clear), even not cut at the right size. Bathroom stinky. Kitchen poorly equipped (dirty and rasty boiler, no cups for milk or tea in the morning, the minimum possible if we would have liked to cook something ). Furniture was the cheapest Ikea stype plus old dismisses furniture from somewhere else. Television pretty dated. Very old windows with noise isolation, extremely noisy! Definition of this apartment as a “luxury resident” is hilarious!
