  My stay at this property was very disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. The overall cleanliness of the property was poor, and housekeeping services were either unavailable or inadequate throughout my stay. Since I stayed for seven days, the lack of regular cleaning and fresh linens was a major inconvenience. Only one set of bedsheets was provided, with no extra bedsheets available, forcing me to wash and reuse the same ones during my stay. The elevator was another serious concern. It stopped functioning whenever there was a power outage, and I was once trapped inside the lift, which was a very distressing and unsafe experience. This raises significant concerns about the property's maintenance and safety standards. Another major issue was the building's policy of not allowing delivery personnel inside. My mother, who has difficulty walking and was staying alone at times, faced considerable hardship because she had to find ways to collect essential deliveries herself. This lack of accommodation for elderly or mobility-impaired guests made our stay even more difficult. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, inadequate housekeeping, safety issues with the elevator, lack of basic amenities such as extra bedsheets, and the inconvenience caused by the delivery restrictions resulted in a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed and significant improvements are made.

  1st Heenaji and her Husband,they are very decent and responsive, and all of amineties are class1.2nd everything doorstep available.mostly Recomended.

  Ac in 2nd room required and one extra cylinder or induction cooktop urgently required.
