The place was not cleaned when we got there. Had to wait additional 2 hours for a housekeeper to come back and clean. Even when cleaned there were dead bugs all over the towels and one of the beds.

Great location, quiet, walkable to everything

Location was amazing! Walkable to everything in Old San Juan. Lots happening in the street outside at night, but since the apt is in the back of the building, you can’t hear anything!

    Beds are VERY firm

Quiet apartment, but with easy access to all of Old San Juan’s sights.

Excellent location, comfortable, clean and private.

Generally good communication, but no details on WIfi access were provided.
