    Cris exceeded our expectations by facilitating an efficient check-in process, allowing us to access our room early. His friendly demeanor and engaging personality quickly established a rapport with us. The room was immaculate, decent size, and perfectly met our basic needs. The second-floor view was breathtaking, especially at night, with the city lights and bustling streets creating a captivating atmosphere. We greatly appreciate Cris' assistance in retrieving my forgotten ID at the Lobby of Fort Victoria, which was crucial during our stay in the Philippines. We highly recommend Cris' unit and we're looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.
