The aircon is good , but the other room the aircon is noisy cannot sleep, and during our stay the internet did not fix so we haven’t use the tv and our phone to contact our family. But the place is good near to the mall.

I would NOT recommend this place. MOLD alert!
The location was good because it was walking distance to Alimall and Gateway Mall. Security staff were kind and willing to assist.
I would NOT recommend this place. The moment you enter the door, the smell of curry or something strong lingers in the air and doesn’t go away. The kitchen faucet was full of mold on the handle which looks like it has never been cleaned. The walls of the bathroom were full of mold as well as the sink handles. We had to clean the refrigerator ourselves because we cannot put our food in it because the freezer had black stuff inside which I assume were either dirt or molds. It was disgusting. The closet in the main bedroom had a crack inside that when you close the door, it would move like it would fall on you. This is an accident waiting to happen specially if you have kids. There was NO internet access/ wifi. Caretaker is aware prior to arrival but did not even fix it. The microwave was super dirty with crust / rust at the bottom that I had to complain as there was no way to get it cleaned up. Caretaker sent us a new microwave but the plug would not fit the power outlet leaving it unusable. Did not even follow up the next day as promised. We had to buy air freshener to help with the smell. I had to clean the kitchen faucet as it was nasty to even use. The only thing that enabled us to stay there was the fact that we had to leave and not stay there for several days and basically used it to keep our baggages. There was hair all over the floor upon arrival making me think that it was never vacuumed or cleaned. I told the caretaker to give me a vacuum so that we could at least clean it. she gave me a vacuum that was unusable because it was broken. She replaced it and again was unusable because the power cord would not fit the outlet. I paid for staying on this property ahead of time thinking that the owner/caretaker would make sure that the place was at least clean, but boy was I wrong and regret it. To the owner of the property,this property is not well maintained. I would suggest you check the facility personally and see it for yourself.
