    Dissatisfied. From the moment we arrived at the hotel lobby, the experience was already a hassle. There was no proper coordination with the front desk staff, and it was extremely difficult to contact the host. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very helpful. We were surprised to find out that we had been transferred to a different unit without any prior notice. After the transfer, we received no communication from the host—no instructions, no information about the unit, not even the Wi-Fi details—despite our numerous attempts to contact them. To make matters worse, the unit we were transferred to had not been properly cleaned and the trash had not been taken out. We decided to stay only because we had already paid and were too exhausted to look for another place, especially with children accompanying us. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this accommodation.
