    I can nor recommend this to anyone

    Hotel Staff was rude, uncooperative. Fly infestation and spiders in the forier and the rooms. Rooms were very smelly. I had to change rooms at least five times. Some of the rooms had Broken Toilet seats, broken taps, showers broken and inoperable. This was the worst experience ever and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Fantastic property and hosts.

    Absolutely fantastic basement flat, with excellent facilities, including Sky TV, kettle, microwave etc and great decor Really friendly host, with great comms and very welcoming.

    Nothing, it was perfect - wish we'd booked an extra night.

    Beautiful apartment

    The apartment was really comfortable, beautifully presented with everything we needed as a base for our Royal Ascot visit. The beds were really comfortable and the huge TV and satellite channels another bonus. We'd deffo stay there again.

    No criticism. It was exactly what we wanted for a short stay base

    Great for the time we spent there!

    Spacious lounge area which was still very cosy

    Everything was good for the price - would just suggest deep cleaning or changing the shower door as it’s well used.
