La casa es amplia y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Además, se aprecia que lo cuidan y la dueña es encantadora.
En las fotos y la descripción parece que la villa es de uso exclusivo, pero los espacios exteriores, como las hamacas, el jardín y el jacuzzi, son de uso compartido con otras 3, dos de las cuales están puerta con puerta.

Дворът е чудесен, има люлка и батут, който обаче е със скъсана предпазна мрежа и леко ръждясали пружини (с малко поддръжка ще стане супер).
Може да се наблегне на хигиената в къщата. В кухнята почти всичката посуда и вратичките на шкафовете бяха мазни на допир.
