  Small beds, malfunctioning bathroom facilities, insufficient towels, and poor maintenance response made our stay disappo

  Cleanliness

  The bed sizes, both Queen and Twin, were much smaller than expected. The sink in the washroom was not working, and there were not enough towels available. The toilet flushes were also not functioning properly. However, the biggest issue was the lack of response from the management. During our 5-day stay, we contacted them multiple times regarding these problems. Although our complaints were acknowledged each time, no one came to fix the issues until the third day. This significantly affected our overall experience and made our stay quite disappointing.

  Muy mala experiencia,arruinaron mis vacaciones me cancelaron mi reserva

  Muy mala experiencia con este lugar ,si tienes posibilidad evita reservar este lugar porque nada es seguro te pueden hacer llegar hasta el lugar y no tener segura tu reservación son 0 profesionales y no le importa dejarte sin reservación

  Que me dejaran dormir en mi carro porque yo tenía mi reservación y resulta que ya otra familia también tenía reservación en el mismo lugar que yo y la misma fecha y Me dejaran a la interperie con mi familia,en temporada alta sin un lugar donde quedarme viajando desde lejos ,llegar cansado ,no es justo arruinaron las vacaciones de mi familia que planeamos para que fueran divertidas , no recomiendo este lugar ,y todavía para que me devuelvan mi dinero tengo que esperar una semana ,díganme conque voy a pagar un lugar para quedarme ,la verdad hasta una demanda estaría bien porque no se vale que ellos cobren el dinero sabiendo que ya está rentado el lugar hay no tengo mucho coraje por lo que nos hicieron ,díganme dónde puedo encontrar un lugar para 12 personas un viernes a las 7 pm en temporada alta ,muy decepcionada de booking por la falta de profesionalismo de sus agentes

  We will definitely be back!!

  We totally enjoyed our stay at Jake's two condos in the Smoky Mountains. We were two families that wanted to vacation together, but wanted our own place at night, and Jake provided just that! The condos were only a one minute walk from each other. We went hiking and sightseeing during the day. And in the evening the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub! The mountain views from both places are incredible! Thanks, Jake, for a wonderful time!
