Guter Aufenthalt für zwei Tage mit Abstrichen beim Komfort
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil und bietet eine gute Lage. Es sind ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und der Check-in verlief dank der klaren Vorab-Informationen reibungslos. Die Wohnung sowie das Badezimmer waren sauber und die Gesamtausstattung ist gut und funktional. Die Küche haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht genutzt und können sie daher nicht bewerten.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus für betreutes Wohnen. Das Objekt ist offenbar schon etwas älter, weshalb beim Eintreten der Wohnung ein etwas komischer Eigengeruch wahrnehmbar ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten und erinnert stark an ein klassisches IKEA-Möbelhaus. Zu bemängeln sind außerdem die Textilien und der Schlafkomfort: Die Handtücher sind grau und recht dünn, die Betten (vermutlich Ausziehbetten) waren nicht besonders bequem und die Kissen leider stark verklumpt. Das Bettzeug wirkt insgesamt eher billig.

Senioren waren ganz nett
Der Unterkunft war fast in die Stadt, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das war gut hat für Kinder Spielzeug und Bücher.
Hatte für fast eine Woche nur eine Rolle Papier Toilette.

Bellissimo appartamento, in quartiere elegante a circa 15/20 minuti di tram dal centro. Ottimo per 5 persone, fornito di tutto il necessario. Bagno splendido e una sorpresa, davanti alla finestra del soggiorno, che vale la pena di sfruttare!
La posizione è buona ma bisogna camminare qualche minuto per arrivare ai mezzi pubblici e al caffè/forno di zona
