  Would give 0 if we could, roach infested, unclear and unhelpful management company who dont care

  The pictures looked amazing before we arrived. Nothing oncr we actually got there and nothing about any of the communication we had had with the property mangers

  Everything. DO NOT BOOK. Even if they treated all the below issues, the lack of care and skirting from manager mean its not worth the hassle and risk to book. Prior to even coming to the propery we messaged due to the previous review stating the property had cockroaches. We were advised this had been treated and was no longer an issue. We were out of our free cancellation date by one day so asked if we could have a refund if we arrived and the property was infested. They skirted answering and stated they would asses at that time and decide approprate action even if it was uninhabiatble - which was an immediate red flag. On arrival at the property we entered and opened the curtains and the curtain pole fell off the wall. With the ligjt we then saw the dead black flies all over the property (some pictured). It was the time of year for these flies to migrate but they were dead all over indicating it had not been recently cleaned. There was also visible dust in areas, including all over large potted plant (pictured) and a shelf in the kitchen which was coveted in dust and crumbs (again pictured). We then noted some dead cockroaches and the corner and then explored the kitchen to find live cockroaches in the cupboards and one actually in the freezer (again pictured). We messaged the poperty immediatley who said they would send someone but didnt message back to actually do so for multiple day (by that point we had already left the property). The cockroaches mentioned are not the large black coackroaches that sometimes come into homes in the area and die. They are the smaller brown german cockroaches that infest properties. You can see from picture of door they can easily get in under the door as it is no where near sealed appropriately. The apparent 'treatment' of the coachroaches of this brown gel was even placed down hapazardly and messily across the entire property giving it an unclean and messy feeling and like they dont care. And it hasnt worked.

  Roach-infested, dirty and unsafe for children — we had to abandon the house; avoid at all costs.

  Nothing. The pool photos got us — the reality inside the house was the opposite

  Active COCKROACH INFESTATION throughout the stay. We woke up daily to live roaches in the kitchen and living room — more than 10 in one single morning, on day 4, day 8, and beyond. We couldn't use the ground floor or cook for our 2 babies. Pest control came mid-stay and roaches kept appearing after, so this is not a one-off — it's a recurring problem in the house. The house was dirty and worn: we even found a previous guest's CONTACT LENS on the floor, which tells you everything about the 'cleaning' between guests. Furniture and finishes damaged, nothing like a 'brand new' home. Support is a phone number you cannot actually call — messages only, with endless copy-paste apologies, contradictory stories about the pest control findings, and zero real action. After 2 weeks of this, we were forced to leave the house before the end of our stay because it was not safe for our babies. The manager even asked in writing 'what amount will avoid a negative review?' instead of just fixing the problem. Refund refused. Case now with Booking.com, our credit card issuer and the Florida authorities.

  Awful entrance process

  Place was nice, and spacious

  No extras, no starter coffee, no salt or pepper, no extra toilet paper, barely any soap. Entrance to the property was awful, even when I sent names in advance. Took us an hour to try and get in the resort. Then they messed up all the dates and names!!
