    Disappointed

    The location was great. It was easy to find and well located for transport and sightseeing. The host provided clear directions and pictures that helped.

    Maintenance issues and a faulty appliance. The host was very unprofessional in her response to these issues. Thankfully they replaced the broken microwave the next day. Then came the unprofessional checkout saga. It started by asking "when are you leaving"? I have another guest coming to drop bags before the stated checkout time of 11am. We couldn't wait to leave and definitely won't be revisiting. We felt harassed. The accommodation was paid for fully in advance, the host failed to deliver a good experience. Change the toilet seat, don't wrap it with sellotape. There was an unsafe chain tied below the bed in room 2. The apartment has the potential to be great, but the person managing it needs training.

    Highly recommend and would certainly re-book. Group of 5 lads for 2 nights.

    Location was fantastic. A quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to access routes by bus or train. Borough a 15 minute walk and a sainsburys on the way. Place was very clean and a great space for socialising. Nice porch area to relax and a a great selection of cutlery and dinner necessaries. Easy access too and from the apartment. Highly recommend for a group visiting that part of London.

    The only downside was the WiFi. Wasn’t great. But being picky really as the signal in the property was fine.
