    Easy access to beach, condo had several things we forgot! Great use of space and nicely kept. Stayed mostly quiet with exception to unruly families at pool late at night a couple nights (to be expected). Having 2 autistic kids with us the condo was calming for them. Would recommend condo with exception to HOA.

    The HOA was ridiculous about parking. We had to pay $20 per vehicle, that was not included in renting the unit. Very ridiculous as it should be included in rental. My suv was tagged for being over sidewalk, yet others were never tagged and completely blocked sidewalks. We could only park 1 vehicle in front building yet the parking lots were never full. Typically HOA power trip. It’s ashame the HOA would honestly steer us away from coming back as we really did enjoy our stay there.

    Beautiful!!!

    The host was absolutely amazing, the place was very clean and had everything my family of seven needed. It is small but functional. Having a private beach access in Destin over a holiday week is a must have.

    The walls are pretty thin, the neighbors in the units next to us from the primary bedroom were very noisy late at night.
