House is perfectly located for Disney and universal. The whole estate is beautiful, secure and clean. The house is spacious and the pool is lovely.
Unfortunately I had several problems with this property. Whilst a beautiful house it is in desperate need of a DEEP clean and basic renovations/ upkeep. A lot of broken items including the netting which surrounds the pool which allowed a snake to enter during our stay! Not ideal with young children. Also states in the description the pool is heated - it is not. We only found this out a few days before our stay where they wanted an additional $40 a DAY for heating. At that point it was too late to cancel my booking. When I tried to voice these concerns there was no genuine apology from the host/ management agent and I got complete silence when they were approached by booking about a partial refund. In the end booking stepped in and forced a partial refund.

The house, pool, and the resort area were all great, and I would certainly book again.
The house was very well appointed, with all the cooking equipment that you might need - except a cutting board for bread, and a tea towel - minor omissions only. Comfortable seating area with TV. Great washing and drying facilities, copious clothes hangers. Lovely pool. Pool towels were provided. Resort as a whole was lovely, quiet, and no delays on getting back in at the end of the day.
More mugs would have been good, there were not enough for a party of 8. Checkout at 10am, although standard, is a little early.
