The stay was very ok but need small improvement as mentioned above.
Smoothie process and guidance till you reachout to the key box. Gerrie the property manager step by step clear communication was very caring ensuring that we in the house safely. The cleaning ladies did the jobs to the best.
1. No welcome smaller gifts 😒 where is ubuntu 2. No teas and sugar sachets, I know this is not a hotel but show appreciation and warm welcome, there is affordable gifts worth very less costs e.g chocolate wrapped with welcome notes. Be creative and kind 4. 2 toilet papers for 4 persons per day its truly not accepted. It shows greedy and selfless wanting to receive only and showing no caring. We had to buy extra toilet paper paper to easy our usage. This is not right 5. Buying a box of each teas sachets just for the first day showing appreciation for choosing my property, and the whole box may last you two years.

It felt like home.
Very neat and clean. Cleaning service was excellent and the lady was very friendly. Her standard of work is tops. I scheduled a late arrival but Gerrit managed everything excellent until I arrived and his detail was to point .
Everything was perfect 👍👍
