El apartamento estaba bien ubicado y las zonas comunes, la piscina estaba bastante bien
Parecía que no habían limpiado el apartamento. En el cajón de los cubiertos tuvimos que poner papel Albal porque nos daba asco, después de limpiar todos los cubiertos. Igual que los platos, vasos, sartenes… el microhondas sucio por dentro, el lavavajillas sucísimo por fuera, la Vitroceramica llena de grasa. Por lo Menos booking después de mandarle las fotos nos reembolsó parte del dinero, pero lo que tenía que haber hecho Zapholiday era mandar a alguien a limpiar en condiciones.

A reported water leak escalated within a few hours into a situation we perceived as a serious safety risk (partial ceiling collapse in the living room). Despite repeated notifications including photos and videos, we did not observe any timely assistance or effective mitigation measures; and even after more than 24 hours, no inspection by Zapholiday had taken place to our knowledge. We also did not receive any effective or timely support through Booking.com in this situation. We left the accommodation out of concern for our safety and felt insufficiently supported throughout the incident. The matter is currently being reviewed in the context of a compensation claim. In our view, the lack of action to mitigate the damage did not improve the situation and may have contributed to further damage to the property. We do not recommend Zapholiday based on this experience.
