    Great area, with a wonderful ocean view and not far from shops

    Great view and location

    There was this foul smell when you enter the apartment and bedroom (more like moulded wood) which was hard for me due to my sensitive nose

    Disappointing

    The location and the view

    The property is in serious need of updating and maintenance. The garage floods, the front door lock is loose and low down, the bedroom wall has a cracked hole in it, the braai barely works. There are issues reported previously in the reviews that haven't been attended to. Keys and garages are not marked. This among other general maintenance that hasn't seemingly been done in ages.

    Not so well

    Views are stunning

    Parking is unreasonable Shower sucks, water pressure just drops Butler door lock very hard to operate

    The location. The view was spectacular. The view alone made up for everything. The property was very clean, and well taken care of. The access to the beach was easy and convenient. The furniture and decorations was beautiful and it was a walking distance from the mall and a lot of other things. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

    There were too many warnings about a lot of things and fines it made you uncomfortable to use or touch anything such as "if this cupboard is found open..." I understand people can be careless but it felt a little threatening. A simple " please do not open" will suffice. There were days were there was no water. Couldn't shower and the water pressure was too low. The shower head is just ridiculous and needs to be changed. It is an easy cheap upgrade that will make a big difference to guest. The place also needs a dust bin. I couldn't find a bin in the apartment and couldn't locate a bin outside the apartment. Had to keep trash in a plastic bag outside the door. Very unseemly.
